ME3 Extended Cut- My Thoughts

Some of you who follow me, know I have been very vocal about the ending of ME3. I thought that the story as a whole was amazing and loved every minute... until the credits rolled, for what I thought was to soon. Perhaps because I did not want Shepard's story to ever end, but honestly there were many things lacking for me. So many questions that should have been answered and no closure to the story that BioWare had promised us.

The main questions I wanted answered were-

Why was Joker and the Normandy off in BFE?- ANSWERED
Why were the squadmates who were with me on the final push, on the Normandy? ANSWERED
Where is my closure? -ANSWERED... good enough lol

The closure bit was good enough for me, I got to see who actually lived and died and some of the things that happened due to my decisions.

I thought that the added dialog from the AI at the end was weird and I did not really need it, but I suppose some people did and that is why it was there.

The prologue I got was by Anderson, but I hear it all depends on your ending. I look forward to finding them all out in due time... the Extended Cut makes me WANT to play ME3 again so I mist say:

THANK YOU BIOWARE, for listening to the fans and fixing what was obviously flawed! :)

DLC and WTH Walking Dead!

Today is jammed pack of things to do! DLC for ME3 hit... the one I have been waiting for! Though the only thing I wanted answered, I can not find. *sigh* Anyone know if you have to build your EMS rating up again or if the save is with your previous EMS? I guess I will play some Multi-Player just incase.

Though not just the ME3 Extended Cut DLC... but we are getting Dawnguard for Skyrim! Many more hours of entertainment to be had there! Not sure if I will get it tonight, but I will get it soon! :)

Now add the excitement of ME3 & Skyrim DLC and add in that SWTOR dropped their Allies patch today! YAY! I am not looking forward to the level cap being higher, because I have 3 characters around 20-30 range. I should just pick one and go. lol

So I thought all of that dropped today, wouldn't it be cool if The Walking Dead game finally decided to come out? I mean... it is the end of June and it was supposed to be here last month! lol Though I still see no Release date in sight... they have less then a week till the "End of June" is gone. At this rate I may lose all my want to play it if I have to wait 3 months in between episodes. Wasn't it supposed to be on a monthly basis? I get that it takes time for programing, design, and writing... so please do not think me an "Entitled Gamer" I just think they say they are going to do something, and they should do it!

So I hope you all are having fun with the day full of DLC and patches! :)

GW2 Beta Weekend 2 Thoughts

For those of you who know me, you know I am very PATIENTLY waiting for GW2. I also have pre-purchased the collectors edition so I can be part of all the Beta weekends. I missed out on the first one, but got to take part in a stress test and the second beta weekend that was about a week ago. I thought I would give you guys my thoughts on this last beta weekend.

I found that it was very well done. I found very few bugs, and each I found I made sure to report... as this was a Beta. The sole purpose is for us to report those things so they can fix it. If it was a live game, these small bugs would not have even bothered me to much at all. It would not have taken away from my enjoyment of the game.

I feel that it is very polished and has to be nearly finished. The Dynamic events were fun and I also found that the quests around the world in making friends were different, like the time I had to throw snowballs at little kids... or perhaps when I had to keep feed away from some crazy rabbits. I had so much fun I hated to see it end, and it makes me want the game even more then I wanted it before.

I had high expectations for GW2, as I have been waiting for it for about 4 years. The expectations I had were passed by a ton. The game has truly come far and I had so much fun playing it, and for me that is what it is about. I hate those pay to play games where you get almost NOTHING with huge amounts of 'WORK'... if more games were FUN over all instead, I may pay for more games. As they do not, I rather not pay anymore.

So for me I recommend GW2 to those who are not even into MMOs and perhaps just like RPGs, because you do not have to group up and the stories are engaging and fun. Plus the combat system... it is awesome. Each class I tried, I loved! I spent the whole weekend not grouped at all and had a BLAST! So for me, I could see those who just like RPGs getting into the story and the combat of the game.

I love GW2!!!!
